Hi! my name is Alex and I am a 23 year old nurse based in North Carolina! My love for travel started at a young age, and for as long as I can remember I daydreamed about all the places and cultures around the world! Growing up I had a map in my room with pins located in all the cities and countries I wanted to go to, and just a few in the places I had been to.

I would sit in my high school bedroom watching Indy Blue Youtube videos hoping one day I could be like her! I decided to make that happen the minute I graduated from college. I was very fortunate to grow up with parents who instilled the importance of traveling and immersing yourself in different cultures, but the minute I graduated college, I began prioritizing seeing the world.

Every chance I get, I am booking a trip, whether it is on a different continent or somewhere within the United States. You only live once, and it’s best to take advantage of making those memories that you look back on one day. I crave and continue to search for those moments where I am in awe and tell myself that this is what living is!
